At Jennifer Miller Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns of unworn, pristine merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your jewelry in its original designer box and protective pouch, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
